      Using the PAL interface

      PAL is a centralized point of access for Advisors. From the PAL interface, users can access multiple Advisors. This allows users to choose from a variety of Advisors, ensuring they find the best match for their questions.

      This article will show you how to use the PAL interface based on your user access.

      Public users

      Follow the instructions below to use the PAL interface as a public user. 

      1. Navigate to the PAL URL.

      2. If you know the Advisor you want to use, you can use the search bar to search for it.

      3. You can also browse the Advisors available to you by clicking the Explore button.

      4. To chat with an Advisor, click Converse.

      5. Just like if you were chatting with an Advisor from a website widget, all conversations within the PAL interface will be recorded in the Circuitry app.

      6. For each Advisor response, you can:

        1. Add a comment

        2. View the source

        3. Give a thumbs up or down

      7. Click New session if you want to start a new conversation with the same Advisor.

      Invited users

      Follow the instructions below to use the PAL interface as an invited user. 

      1. Navigate to the PAL URL.

      2. Log in with the email that was used to invite you.

      3. If you know the Advisor you want to use, you can use the search bar to search for it.

      4. You can also browse the Advisors available to you by clicking the Explore button.

      5. To chat with an Advisor, just click Converse.

      6. Just like if you were chatting with an Advisor from a website widget, all conversations within the PAL interface will be recorded in the Circuitry app.

      7. For each Advisor response, you can:

        1. Add a comment

        2. View the source

        3. Give a thumbs up or down

      8. Click New session if you want to start a new conversation with the same Advisor.

      Circuitry.ai users

      Follow the instructions below to use the PAL interface as a Circuitry.ai user.

      1. Navigate to the PAL URL.

      2. Log in with your Circuitry credentials.

      3. If you know the Advisor you want to use, you can use the search bar to search for it.

      4. You can also browse the Advisors available to you by clicking the Explore button.

      5. To chat with an Advisor, just click Converse.

      6. Just like if you were chatting with an Advisor from a website widget, all conversations within the PAL interface will be recorded in the Circuitry app.

      7. For each Advisor response, you can:

        1. Add a comment

        2. View the source

        3. Give a thumbs up or down

      8. Click New session if you want to start a new conversation with the same Advisor.
