      Using the PAL interface

      PAL is a centralized point of access for Advisors. From the PAL interface, users can access and interact with multiple Advisors. This allows users to choose from a variety of Advisors, ensuring they find the best match for their questions.

      This article will show you how to use the PAL interface based on your user access.Advisor chat interface 2

      Public users

      Follow the instructions below to use the PAL interface as a public user. 

      1. Navigate to the PAL URL.

      2. You can view the Advisors available to you by clicking the Explore PAL button.PAL explore page (all)

      3. To chat with an Advisor, click on it.

      4. Click New conversation if you want to start a new conversation with the same Advisor.

      5. If you want to use a different Advisor, click Explore PAL.

      Invited users

      Follow the instructions below to use the PAL interface as an invited user. 

      1. Navigate to the PAL URL.

      2. Log in with the email that was used to invite you.

      3. You can view the Advisors available to you by clicking the Explore PAL button.
      4. You can click the heart icon next to the Advisor’s name to bookmark it for quick access later.

      5. To chat with an Advisor, click on it.PAL chat interface

      6. Just like if you were chatting with an Advisor from a website widget, all conversations within the PAL interface will be recorded in the Circuitry app.

      7. For each Advisor response, you can:

        1. Add a comment

        2. View the source(s)

        3. Copy the answer

        4. Give a thumbs up or down

        5. Translate - (if multi-language support is activated).

        6. Read aloud - (if text-to-speech support activated).

      1. Click New conversation if you want to start a new conversation with the same Advisor.

      2. If you want to use a different Advisor, click Explore PAL.

      DOC users

      Follow the instructions below to use the PAL interface as a DOC user.

      1. Navigate to the PAL URL.

      2. Log in with your Circuitry credentials.

      3. You can view the Advisors available to you by clicking the Explore PAL button. 

      4. You can click the heart icon next to the Advisor’s name to bookmark it for quick access later.

      5. To chat with an Advisor, click on it.

      6. Just like if you were chatting with an Advisor from a website widget, all conversations within the PAL interface will be recorded in the Circuitry app.

      7. For each Advisor response, you can:
