Here at Circuitry.ai, we help you build trust in AI by giving full transparency in our AI’s answers.
When you're dealing with complex issues, knowing why a recommendation or answer was given is important. While you can already see the knowledge used to generate an answer, the Explain this answer feature goes a step further by showing how the Advisor analyzed and interpreted that knowledge.
Getting started
This feature is only available for Admins in your account. You can use it during active conversations with an Advisor or when you’re reviewing past conversations on the Conversations page.
For any Advisor response, there will be an Explain this answer button below the text. When you click on it, you’ll see a pop-up with four tabs.
-
Question tab: this will show the question, the associated metadata, the number of sources used, and the number of snippets used. If the question was rephrased, you’ll see that as well.
-
Knowledge tab: this will show the source(s) and the page number (if applicable).
-
Ranking tab: this will show the sources ranked by relevancy.
-
Answer tab: this will show you the answer the Advisor gave.
